Witnessing a pet transform from being timid, sick or undernourished to being happy and secure is the most amazing feeling!

Friends of Noah's foster parents provide temporary care for cats and dogs in Rock County. Some animals need as little as two weeks of care, while others may need care for many months.

Fostering is flexible enough for most lifestyles and Friends of Noah will custom-match the animals to each foster home. By offering your time, energy and home to an animal in need, you prepare the animal for adoption into a permanent home.

Unfortunately, there are always more animals in need than fosters, so we are constantly looking for good foster candidates.  Here is a list of Frequently Asked Questions for consideration.
