3/20, Noah's News

This is a special edition of Noah’s News as our March Volunteer Meeting was cancelled.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, our adoptable animals are hunkering down with their fosters. For the health and safety of our volunteers, we will not be holding any ‘meet and greets’ during this time. We thank you for understanding.

WELCOME RJ

RJ came to FON as a surrender when his owner went into assisted living. He spent quite a bit of time alone, but has been doing well in his foster home. This is what RJ’s Foster Family had to say:

“RJ is a 9-year-old Shih Tzu/ Maltese mix that is looking for love. He enjoys walks, chewing on toys, playing with his favorite green ball, which he eagerly finds when asked, where's your green ball!  He has started to overcome loneliness and enjoys being close to his foster family. He eagerly climbs the stairs to sleep with his foster mom and dad as quiet as a mouse until they get up.  He is a dog that enjoys being around people.  He is picky with food, but we are working on that. Might do best in a quiet home, as an only dog."

RJ is not ready for adoption but will be in the near future.

ARFTIC ART RECAP

“I want to personally thank all of the volunteers who helped make this event such a huge success, along with the sponsors, the exhibitors, the donors and the committee organizers.  What a great organization we have in the people who care about helping animals inn the community.  Its no surprise to me that the public is SO impressed with what Friends of Noah is doing in the community.  It is obvious that they support and respect all of you so much, and the outpouring of compliments and financial contributions, with attendance, shows that in a big way.” - Lois Corwin
